ALEGRIA supports youth in underserved communities through arts education and sustainable resources that allow the children to thrive. ALEGRIA identifies and supports communities through long-term partnerships. We believe in the power of arts education as a vital tool of empowerment for underserved youth to transform their lives.

ALEGRIA teaches innovative creative experiences in the communities we work with to spark children's imagination and empower them to reimagine a greater future for their lives. Since ALEGRIA was founded in 2010, we have taught workshops in theatre, product design, dance, photography, visual art, sculpture, fashion, and many more.

To date in La Sagrada Familia, the orphanage community we partner with in Peru, ALEGRIA has provided industrial sewing machines, exhibit cases, visual art materials, musical instruments, costumes for the children's band, digital cameras, and support for the music teacher, sewing program, and the school.
